MWAPI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

MWAPI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the services offered by the MWAPI (the “Service”) subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use the Service.

2. API Usage Limits

The Service is subject to a usage limit of 1,000 requests per day per user. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time, at our discretion.

3. Prohibited Uses

In using the Service, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that significantly impacts the stability of our servers or significantly impacts the behavior of other applications using the Service.
• Abuse or excessively frequent requests to the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any limitations we set on your use of the Service.

4. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service if we determine that:

• You have violated these Terms.
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk to the Service or any third party, may adversely impact the Service or the systems of any other users, or may subject us or any third party to liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The API is provided "as is" and "as available". MWAPI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the API or its use.

6. Limitation of Liability

MWAPI will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
